We ship worldwide.
Estimated time of arrival (handling + shipping):
USA - 1 to 3 working days, we usually ship via DHL currier service.
UK – 3 to 5 working days, we usually ship via Royal Mail first class or Hermes currier service.
European Union – 5 to 7 working days, we usually ship via DHL currier service or Air Mail.
Canada, Australia, Japan, Far East, South America - 3 to 7 working days, we usually ship via DHL or EMS currier service.
Other Countries – Up to 14 working days, we usually ship via registered Air Mail.
Our warehouse team takes great care inspecting and packing every item to ensure its safe arrival to your doorstep.
We automatically combine postage cost if you buy more than one item in your order, please make sure to add all items to your basket and complete your checkout.
Our items are purchased and stored in different locations around the world. We will ship the ones stored outside EU borders in two stages: firstly to our logistical facility in the UK, and then to you.
This process saves you from all dealings with customs, taxes etc.
Returns
You have 30 days to return any unworn purchase for a full refund.
If the return is a result of an error made on our part, we’ll also refund the return shipping cost.
We will gladly issue a replacement, refund or store credit for the value of the merchandise returned within 30 days from the day we shipped your item(s). Items must be returned in the same condition as received (i.e. Unworn, unused). You will need to carefully save and send us back all the original tags, packaging and paperwork from the item.
Please allow us up to 7 days from the day we received your item to handle your request.
