We accept returns for a full refund!

Any defect on merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receipt if an exchange or refund is desired. After 7 days, a customer must use the warranty that is sold with the merchandise to address any defect. Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt.

For easy Christmas shopping, we offer holiday shoppers who place orders after December 1st, an extended return period until January 30th.

You may return your item for an exchange, credit or money refund. Returns are processed at our US & UK warehouses.

Return Steps:

Contact us prior to returning your item and provide purchase details (e.g. Transaction ID, Order Number) and a full reason for wishing to return your item.

We will advise you of the nearest return facility and provide a return form, instructions and if your return qualifies, a pre-paid shipping label.

Please allow up to seven working days from the date that your item arrives at our warehouse until your request is processed - due to increased demand during and after the holiday period, we ask for your understanding and patience.

We cannot accept the return of any item that has been worn, resized or altered in any way and all returning items must include the original packaging and documentation received with your order. Unless pre-approved, returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition.

If you decide to return your item for a refund please be advised that we can only refund the cost of the item - shipping costs that are itemized on your invoice will not be refunded unless the item is defective.

All refunds are processed via PayPal to the payment method used to place the original order.
